Can't use weapons downloaded from garrysmod.org

When i am in multiplayer so whatever i plays i can´t get my weapons (weapons that i have downloaded from garrysmod.org)!!! I can´t use them! Nothing that i have downloaded. Please help me.

The server doesn't have them, you do, you can only use the servers weapons.

If you want to use the weapons you downloaded, go Single Player.
