Have gmod and CSS but my account was hacker (read for more info)

i was recently hijacked on my account and recently got it back. but they thought that the hijacker bought/forged the game on my account so they deactivated it thus for disabling my CS:S game. So i have no models weapons sounds ect, and before you tell me to search first before post i saw this thread [url]http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=657579[/url] it gave a idea how to do it but i already imported my models/materials/and sounds but sounds dont work besides hearing other people shoot. I need a more of a detailed view of how to do this. *Note* i have already sent a message back to steam for this and its almost been a week so ive givin up for now but still waiting and hoping i can do this *end note*

Contact steam and provide them with the appropriate reciepts for them to re-activate the game.

If you saved them, ofcourse.

Also, you need to get proof that the account is yours and that you bought the game.

Thing is i dident buy it. My friend gifted me it for my birthday.
