it's not "blind love", lots of people used elpis and loved it, and so they recommended it. the people who haven't got servers with elpis yet still recommend them obviously have a reason, whether it being agreeing with the popular opinion (this isn't "blind love" it's "lots of people recommend this thing, it must be good") or something else. there's nothing "fucking stupid" about it.
