Zombie Escape Server Issue! (Black and Pink tiled Picture!)

When I start my Zombie Escape server, everything works fine. You can hear sound,guns,shooting. But when you spawn, a Black and Pink tiled Texture pops up and WON'T go away. I believe this is a issue with the HUD because i looked inside the files and the file dosen't have a Lua HUD. I all I want is the basic health and ammo. If anyone can reply with a lua of health and ammo as a HUD so I can use it?

Or if it isn't the HUD, then how can I resolve this problem?
