here's a Idea, remember that Scene shit where you can put a video as a desktop?
Go into GM_Construct, make some crappy or good Contraptions, place a camera.
Record.
Make the Contraptions Drive in front of the camera Once or twice.
make sure it's loopable.
Put it as desktop.

Windows 7 looks pretty much as vista, so I would say that the vista derma skin is good enough as 7 skin.
Backgrounds are very easy to make yourself, you really do not need someone to do it for you.
