i can't upload files

i'm trying to upload a zip file,
it says that if it's not a zip then it won't work, well im uploading a zip file and it won't work.
it says it's not a zip file.
i would put up pics but apparently i can't
anyone else getting this?

you can put up pictures, just use the print screen button on your keyboard.

tried that, i took the pictures, it says i may not add attacthments
