Hi just bought a server on Elpis Host to use for gmod and I had a few questions as a first time server admin.
1.I made myself superadmin but how would I be able to access abilities that I have seen on other servers like burn,kick,freeze,etc.
2. In the tool menu underneath user in the admin tab it doesn't seem to make things like god mode toggle and noclip adjustment work.

Add yourself to admin/superadmin in settings/users.txt and then restart the server to gain access to kick/ban in the scoreboard and the admin tab.
You'd need something like ULX for burn/kick/etc.

would you happen to know where I could get ULX for the server like a link because I can't find any reliable ones.

Press the "ZIP" button.
When downloaded, put ulx, ulib from the zip content to your addons folder.
when you say my addon folder do you mean the servers or mine client side.
because I try to put them in the server side through elpis host it only allows me to put parts of the folder not the whole folder.

It will allow you to upload the whole file via file manager and unzip it there or you can use a FTP client to upload a folder..
I just bought a server from elpis host too and its all working but when i try to install ulx it dosent show up in game can someone help me please
