One day, I didn't mess with lua or anything, scopes would come up, but not zoom in. It does this with Mad Cow's sweps, and I even tried the old CS:S realistic weapons, it does it too.
It does this:

It's a bug for everyone, only garry can fix it, hopefully he will soon. For now you have to wait for him to fix it.
Oh ok, I thought it was only like that for me, thanks anyway though!
I've reported it to garry already :P.
