It started about 1 week after i started to play gmod, heres some pics:

As you can see it makes my visuals bright, dark, able to see through walls, and weird textures(the textures move with you and appear close up always. Now after about a week of that going on and trying to fix this (Like deleting files, verification of game cache, ect) Gmod just crashes on startup! Please help and respond I've done the verification, deleted some bad and not used files, and re-installed the game.

512 mb ATI radeon 4670
Quad core@ 2.33 Ghz
4GB RAM
My PC is fine enough to run Gmod, yet i havent updated my driver's lately, ill try that.

Okay i've updated my drivers, now im going to try to play, hope this works out. Also, it seems to be happening on one map: RPW_Downtownv2, its a remake of downtownV2

Okay, i've fixed the crashing. It was a combination of not updated display drivers and a live brodcaster that im to lazy to remove. So now the crash is fixed, hopefully the visual's will be fixed. Wish me luck!
Okay once again i try to play Dark RP for a bit, then my gmod starts messing up. Please respond i need help!
Check your graphics card isn't overheating, download HWmonitor and post temps
Oh god, i don't know if this is high buy my video card, not on gmod, the temp is 139F
Each of my cores are at around 42F-48F.
Like i said i dont know if this is high or not, so tell me if it is and how i can fix it.
