Big problem with hosting a garry's mod 13 server

Hello guys,
I want to create a server for people. But my server isn't showing on server list, and my friend can't join.

You actually only need one TCP/UDP port for the server to work (e.g 27015, 27016, ...).
Also, try to see if you have a firewall software on your computer which may block your server.
