Garry's Mod : Nothing On My Spawnlists

I go on Garry's Mod, Start a game, Press and hold Q and nothing is under spawnlists.

I tried restarting Garry's Mod. Did not work. I tried restarting Steam. Did not work!
I have checked that all of my Valve games are ticked on Garry's Mod and it still does not work! >:|

I am annoyed and need help ASAP!!! ;U;

I can confirm, he has The whole Orangebox, and they are installed, and ticked in the Mount Section, Maybe try re-installing the whole game?
