I tried downloading one the old fashioned way (putting the folder into the addons folder) but It would not work. If anyone knows how to put gmod.org files into gmod 13 I would really appreciate it if you would tell me. Thank you.
The GMOD 13 addons use an addon.txt, you'll have to change the name of the text file

I did it and it worked thanks allot BenjaminTennison me and my friends are working on gmod videos and I needed a couple of extra mods to do it what were only on gmod.org so again thanks a bunch.

I think your right, before I was trying to look for the ragdolls I downloaded in my spawn list and I could not find them but then I remembered the search bar and searched for them and found them and after when I had I felt like such an idiot sorry for the inconvenience.
