I just bought a server from UKgame.com and i made myself owner of the server in assmod. But when i open the Q menu and go under the "Utilities" tab and try to switch Noclip or Godmode on or off, it wont work. I look in the console and i see this command:
"Can't change replicated ConVar sbox_noclip from console of client, only server operator can change its value"
So, how can i make myself operator over my server..? I tried the Users.txt and typed "operator" but it wont work.
You should be able to change it from the ASSmod admin menu. And is this just for yourself or for everyone?

For everyone. I guess it should happen for everyone except me because everyone shouldn't be operator of my server xD
Change operator to superadmin, and if that doesn't work, try entering the rcon password in the console before pressing the button.
You are trying to change the values through the GMod admin menu (Which is made for local servers). You need to bind a key to "+ASS_menu" and use that menu.
