Casey's Config For Gmod?

I was wondering if anyone can make a Casey's config for Gmod like they did for counter strike source. My fraps are okay, there is lag here and there, and if you have other alternatives on how I can tweak my Gmod much help would be apreciated. ^_^

My system Specs are:
Dell Inspiron 6000
1 GB of Ram
915/910 GM Integrated Graphics Card 128mb of vram
Intel Pentium M Processor 1.5 Ghz rated at 2.0ghz
Os : Microsoft Windows XP Professional
