Okay, so I got Alyx Nude Mod and I wanted to check it out, but when I got on Garry's Mod all I saw was black and purple checkered Alyx. What do I need so these textures work?

You're missing the generic 12 year old nude texture pack.
The game does the black and purple checkers until you get an adult's permission to view it.
The black and purple is what alex is under her cloths.
