Gmod won't start up

For some reason my gmod won't load up. When i start it up it says preparing garry's mod just like all the other games. But it stops there. Nothing else happens. That eventually goes away, but nothing else. All my other games work perfectly fine. It's just this. I've tried updating drivers, reinstalling, and renaming my garrysmod folder.

never mind fixed it by typing in -autoconfig to parameters.
