Hey, i play gmod on two macs. On one everything works well and i can install addons and everything. On the other computer I installed gmod and hl2 episode 2 and portal but there is no steam folder and the applications don't even seem to exist on my computer. I'm really confused and I wan't to be able to install addons on the other computer because it is a desktop and subsequently much faster so does anyone know wtf is wrong?

Mac HD/Users/(your user name)/library/application support/steam ?
Well, on PC's you have to start the games once atleast before their folders appear.
But thats only the game's folders, You say the entire Steam folder doesn't appear?
Sure you're looking at the right place?
There will be a valve folder sometimes instead of steam, like : C:\Program Files\valve\steamapps also.
