Trying to set up a FastDL for my server at home using Dropbox and I can't get it working.

Is it better to use [url]www.dropbox.com/s/lsqwpqoy9loar0t/rp_downtown_winter_v2.bsp?dl=1[/url] or dl.dropbox.com/s/lsqwpqoy9loar0t/rp_downtown_winter_v2.bsp Both force the DL without having to click a DL link.

Do I have to add the // before the text?

Do I have to have the link to download all the folders except only add the maps? Or is there some special way that I don't know.

PS. Hosting a server yourself is such a pain in the arse.

You have to set the download url to a location with a folder structure that resembles the garrysmod folder. I wouldn't recommend trying to use Dropbox for this, as you will likely get your account suspended.
