Can't see console spawn props (Darkrp)

None of my admin cant see when player spawn prop in console

Pretty sure it's ULX echos or something related to Falco, go to groups > click "Admin" group > Permissions > Other > enable all echos (forgot which one). If not it's something with Falco, since it is prop protection.
