Does anyone know where garrysmod server stores the information on players? Or is it the mods which hold the data?
It depends on what gamemode and if at all there are any as far as I'm aware. If its sandbox I was under the impression there was a SQLite db or something in the server files somewhere. Look for a db file.... Sorry I can't be of more help while not at a computer.

Just like effektiv said, it depends how the gamemode saves the information.
Provide us with a gamemode name.
