Garry Mod dont show on steam

guy i downloaded garry mod 9 and installed but dont show on steam games list please help want soo much play gmod

Ok do you have the current games:
Half-Life 2
Half Life 2 deathmatch
Counter-strike: source?
otherwise it just wont show up :3

I've managed to play gmod9 with only hl2.

then just buy gmod instead :3
