I can't find the map download for sb_omen_v2 Anywhere!!! There are links but they all lead to garrysmod.org where the file is missing! Can someone please provide a link or download to this map?

Yes since when you search it, it comes up with only videos. Or the first version of the map.

Gmod gm_bigcity download
Works for me just fine.
