Gmod (TTT) hud glitches?

Hey guys, I've been playing TTT for about 5 months now without a problem...
Just about 3 days ago I started having an issue

Symptoms;

-Detective/Traitor shop menu is stuck grey #1
-Weapon slot menu (bottom right) is un-acsessable #2
-If I use anything besides my secondary or my magneto stick, it will be invisible and un-usable.

Specs can run Crysis 3 and I haven't had a problem with Gmod before..

another note; Fast-Switch is off, I've tried it on as well to no avail.
