I have two installations of garrysmod, so that one is a clean base to develop lua with, but recently the original directory has become a real dick, and not let me rename it without a computer restart, half of the time. (I rename them so that one is garrysmod-original, and the other is garrysmod, for example. It's how I switch them out.) .
Vista 64-bit. User account controll turned off. (By using the main administrative account that you can enable with the command prompt. UAC's being off can't be the problem, don't even try.)
