Well, first of all, you should get a professional hosting company, and 2. not start a server until you have that money. When you get a professional host, then you can populate it, and maybe people will get better pings. 3. DarkRP..well, make it better than the usual DarkRP then.
I try, what would make a darkRp really better though? We have custom printers, custom jobs with familiar models (the thief is Niko from GTA for example and the car dealer is Vin Diesel), we have cool cars featuring a flucking Bugatti! We are still coming up with fresh idea and we'll want to see what the public wants from our server before having a total failure of a server. It's barely above standard quality as far as darkrp goes

I'll help, sure. But I don't see it going far. No one will host it for a week on their pc other than a hosting service, try nitrous networks
