I'm looking into starting a TTT server but whenever I look into a good admin mod, all the results I get are from 2010 or older. I'm sure things have updated by now, so what do you suggest for a admin mod for a TTT server of 24 players?

Only good admin mod I could find when I started my server was ULX and I'm still using it so I fully recommend it.
If you know Lua, Exsto is very modular based and is customizable. I personally use a modified version of Evolve, and works very well (it's half-broken when used normally).
If you know little Lua and just want a quick, easy, and efficient admin mod, go ULX.
