Gmod costum skin not showing up in gameplay

I have spent a long time trying to make my edited skin for a femme pyro model to show up ingame and I am getting annoyed about it. I obtained the files here [url]http://gmod.gamebanana.com/skins/122714[/url] and edited the pyrotex_red_crst.vtf to be purple and even made a .VMT to make sure it will work. I looked up tutorial after tutorial and still no solution to why it is not showing up. Can someone please help me. Someone suggested that there is a issue with the .VMT so here is what is in the .VMT. Please help me.
