Some thieves corner you and threaten to kill you, you kill all of them, and then you get arrested for RDM, and no one believes your story, all the thieves and their friends make hitmen try and kill you, so you kill them and you get permaban.

not all Darkrp Servers are "shitty" some are pretty good, just the ones ran by little kids and ones without admins on all the time suck,
I enjoy the 1942 occupation RP server. Instead of thieves cornering you it's Nazi's yelling at [I]Jew[/I] to get on the ground.
