Well first start by reading the stickies and post in the right section.
(I'm actually surprised your not banned yet ;)
Use the workshopper_v1_0.exe, it's outdated but work as good as the new tool and is easy to use.

i tried downloading it and its missing does anyone have a download i can use
Workshopper doesn't work anymore. Use gmpublish in common/garrysmod/bin by creating a .bat file with your commands.

The workshopper works well, I still use it for all my addons.

Following this guide should work well, however I've ran into a fair few errors that annoy me.
The big one being file size, while the compressed size was 11-12mb and well within the limits the uncompressed gma file size was over 500mb and it refused to upload it.
