Honestly, no ones going to do anything major for free. Maybe you could find someone that would help you with one or two minor scripts, but if you want something really custom, you're going to have to have some money. Not trying to be rude, just honest.
You must learn how to code yourself, theres no other way.
Just dont steal someones code and make yourself as author, its really bad and sad.
uhh or you can pay someone to code it
