Default action is
- YES if is singleplayer
- YES if is admin
- YES if toybox_allowsave == 1
- YES if haven't saved in last 60 seconds

That's GM:CanToyboxSaveMap( ply ) for anyone wondering
Straight out from the init.lua.
Do I need the 'Yes Mod' for this to work?
