cant play any maps with auto spawning zombies with friend on listen server

Me and my friend often play online using hamachi and by him going create multiplayer on main menu. this usually works (usually we just on gm_flatgrass and it works fine(so do spacebuild maps)). we felt like killing zombies but no zombie maps we have tried have worked. we have tried:

-zs_stormier- (has auto spawning zombies and in the comments someone said they had been playing online with their friend)

-zs_thecity- (This worked however someone else joined(hamachi) and it crashed, havent been able to play since. on map download page the info says it can be used online)

-zombiesurvival_b5- not worked

none have worked (consistentley) ALL HAVE AUTO SPAWNING ZOMBIES? coincidence?
