Disconnect always! - Garry's Mod

Ok, so im kind of fed up with this disconnect thing. every ten minutes it gives me connection error message for the 40 seconds then disconnects me. Thanks for help! Also i have tried to redownload gmod, reinstall all addons, delete and reinstall wiremod, but nothing. Are you using a pirated version of Garry's Mod?

What "connection error message?" There are tons...

1) No i am not using pirated version. 2) The error message that looks like a little red box in the top right hand corner, and says that you have 40 seconds till you get disconnected. Then it stays there for the 40 seconds and i get disconnected. But for some reason it is like it is client side, as my account stays online and i cannot join the server until the timeout time has been reached and my account is kicked for being standstill. EDIT: I will take a printscrn of the error if you don't know what I mean.

The little red box at the top just gives you a warning and if you time out it will still say you are on the server until you rejoin. Most likely it's just your internet or you may not have a very good connection to the server your joining.

I'm not using wireless, so its not my connection. I have reinstalled wire mod, g mod, deleted all my add ons, went on a server with no add ons. Still, it happens. [editline]05:36AM[/editline] Ok so now twice in a row it has happened at exactly 14 m 38s. Is it coincidence or is it a known problem?

Now a new error appears, sometimes when connecting to a server (after a crash) i get this message: " Disconnect: Invalid STEAM UserID Ticket . " Thats what it says.
