I've seen other threads on this but none solve my problem.
When I go to launch my Gmod, hl2.exe shows up in task manager for a aplit second and just goes, nothing appears on the screen anyway.
Specs
Intel core 2 Duo, E4500 @ 2.20GHz
2GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 8600GS
Windows 7 Ultimate, release candidate
I've reinstalled steam now like two times and I keep getting this problem.
Fresh install of Gmod.
1. Try launching Garry's Mod from program files/steam/steamapps/(username)/garrysmod
2. Try verifying
3. Try Defraging
4. Re-name the gmod folder
If none of those work I got nothing.
Mmkay, but what so you mean by verifying?
