Those are death animations, and then they are turned into ragdolls. I don't think it is possible. Why would you want this, anyway? Just change phys_pushscale to 0 (HL2 ragdolls), or higher than 1.

The game doesn't call any death animations. It would be impossible.

well if tf2 was able to do it (buggy'ish, headshots, backstabs,etc, sometimes you fly from the ground too), there might be a way, i don't see how but yeah. (death animations are dramatic also.)
