Gmod Not loading

Hi My G mod is not loading when i click play i nsteam it just says launching g mod need help ploz

Vista Home premium
intel(R) Core (TM) Quad Q8200 @ 2.33 GHz
4g Ram
32 bit operating Systems

Doesent look like the same problem. I have the same problem, when i try to start steam i just get "Preparing to launch Garrys Mod" and then it just closes and nothing happens. I have tried to restart my pc and steam, nothing works.
