There was a thread like this before, except it was for an achievement. In case that's the reason, the achievement isn't for players, it's for the satisfaction for when he joins a server he sees everyone getting it. Otherwise, he hasn't played in a while and now he's busy working on Rust.

Sounds right. I received the achievement a while ago in a sandbox server. He spent a while on there and we got some words out of him after someone kept shouting at him to fix the game.
The other month Garry joined another server I was on but left instantly after most people got the achievement.

Garry actually joined Sassilization before, over 100's of people got the achievement over the 30 minutes.
