Post the lines relevant to the error. Go into lua/autorun/server/fastgrenade.lua can copy the lines 1-40ish and post them so we can better help you. All i cna tell you right now ply is not a variable in scope of the timer's function. How to fix this depends on what ply is actually meant to mean.
Post lines 1-50 of the code. Timer failed on line 46 so I'd be useful to have up to there instead of 40.
