Requesting someone good with sql and lua

I need someone that can help me do some advanced things with lua, and someone who knows how to set up a sql file with a database (I have the databse set up, I just need someone to do whatever needs to be done with the root.sql file). And the lua, I just need someone to help me do re position some of the NPC's.
