Multiplayer content support

Hi!

I have just uploaded Kermite's pistol pack to my server so that a few friends can have a bit of fun with them.

Only problem is the spawn icons are non-existent when i join my server (can spawn the guns as props but no icons to spawn as equipped weapons)

The files are definitely fully transferred over to the server as an exact replica of the folder on my local machine.

I really appreciate any help with this!

I messed around with the sv_scriptenforcer command for a bit but to no prevail. thanks for the help though!

any other ideas guys?

note: i have noticed that i have to download a bunch of LUA's from the kermite gun pack [b][u]every time[/u][/b] i join my server which probably indicates that they are never really successfully transferring onto my local machine in order to be initiated.

You dont have to bump every 2 hours, but...

make sure you dont use fastDL(it cause those issues sometimes)
enter this in console: sv_downloadurl ""

My aim is not to come across as naggy or rude I just have nothing on my plate today and would like to get as much done as i can. I bump simply so that i increase my chances of the right person seeing this thread who can help me out. Please, Dont let it get to you.

With that said i appreciate your help but unfortunately i cannot disable 'fast download' as i have a lot of custom content on the server that would take some time to download at the standard 20kb cap rate.

I have only uploaded the gun pack on my game-server but i wonder if it would be worth uploading the pack to my webspace-server as-well seeing as tho my server_cfg file points to the webspace when it comes to downloading content from the server?
