I am unable to host a listen server due to a recent issue

That recent issue being a fax machine that was being used when I was running a server that caused me to disconnect and reconnect, and now people are unable to join my server how may I remedy this issue?!

uhh its already not in use and won't be in use for some time its what caused the problem but not the way to fix it.
