Prop Spawning - Freezing

I there any script that would somehow freeze a prop as soon as it was spawned using prop spawner? And continue to freeze any other props that spawned from the same spawner afterwards? Could I use apply force to freeze the prop as soon as it spawns? Can someone write me a script or give me a link to a script like this please?

Enable prop core on unoffical wire extras, and use E:propFreeze(1)
