Cant start listen server.

I forwarded my ports and did the sv_lan 0 but every time i make a new server in the console it will say,

Executing listen server config file
The Navigation Mesh was built using a different version of this map.
The nav mesh needs a full nav_analyze
exec: couldn't exec listenserver.cfg

any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure people can't join the server?
