For some reason this moring on thanks giving I get on my server and I cant edit the limits to URS and me and my friend didn't edit but our other owner "Jake" edited it and now I cant edit the limits. I removed it from my collection and uninstalled it from my server, then restarted and then added it back and restarted AGAIN and still didn't work. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! thanks.

Its possible that he removed your rank, try setting it to the highest rank via console.
I did that didn't work I tryed everything I don't care anymore so :/
