I want to know how to make it you can kill each other in the after round.

where can i find a template or something like this for a load screen ???

Put ttt_postround_dm 1 in your server.cfg. As for the loading screen, you'd need a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to make one. Alternatively, there are some for purchase on coderhire.
