Commerce and Banking!
I would have to say something dealing with rts, survival, or teamwork. There are 1 or 2 active rts games that have actually made it to Garry's Mod that people like or play a bit. And as for teamwork I think there is 1 of those and survival there are a couple like stranded and winter survival but maybe something different like how flood is a bit, build compete against others, win.

A gamemode where it's like there is a big bank and half of the people are cops guarding the bank while everybody else is a citizen who can turn into a robber and try and steal or help the cops...

The idea is you have a ragdoll you cannot tkae it out of a certain area and you must build a contraption to fling him as far as you can. Stuff like physgunning him out of the area and wire forcers will be banned.
We have a good list now. Mahalis and I will review it and narrow it down for a poll.
