Anyone know where to find the mounted vehicle turrets tool?

I found it on gmod.org a while ago. Simply put, you set some values, attached an auto shotty model pointing straight up to any vehicle and when you got in it aimed with your mouse and you fired it with a mouse1 click.

Searched for this for like an hour, searched many things, including mounted turret, wasn't there though...

1. go to garrysmod.org
2. write "mount" in the search bar
3. scroll down a bit
4. Voila
