Where to find the gmod srcds's changelog ?

Please, do you know where we can get the srcds's changelog for gmod ?
And why not, Garry's thoughts about future updates.

That is my simple question, i googled for an hour without any result...

I guess as an owner, it could be good to be aware of the improvements or changes about the srcds, and to prepare to update the server at the exact moment it says the server isn't up to date to minimize the unavailability of the server.
