Hello everyone, I have a question: Is it possible to make the client download a file that it already has? (Because some users have outdated files)

Only via workshop, and that's presuming the files don't already exist on the client.
A server will always send their version of a .gma to a client regardless if they already have it or not.

However if the client already has a file (eg a .mdl), last time I checked that file took priority.

Yeah, but they still have to download it.
