That's a nice addon; more simply, you can type ttt_print_damagelog in console to see the damage/kills done in cons

The addon I linked simply shows more detail and logs it for multiple rounds, plus it works with ranks like moderator; ttt_print_damagelog doesn't work with mods unless the round is over.
